Figures Reveal The Number Of Repossessions Fell In 2010
Data from the council of Mortgage Lenders revealed that the number of repossessions fell by 24% in the UK in 2010, that is almost a quarter.
The data also showed that the number of people that fell into arrears also dropped in 2010.
“During the last three months of the year, the number of repossessions was 7,900, down 11% from 8,900 in the third quarter, and a fall of 26% on the 10,700 in the same period a year ago.”
