First Time Buyers Still Being Hit By Mortgage Problems

Rightmove has revealed from their latest research that most first-time buyers who are looking to get on the property ladder are not in a position to secure a mortgage deal.

The report showed that over the last year figures had dropped to under one in four people who are aiming to purchase a property.  This figure is the second lowest recorded.

“The property website said the number is around half the level typically required for a healthy housing market.”
