Pensioners suffering Due To Inflation


Pensioners and Savers are being hit by the low interest rates right now. The bank of England needs to pull their finger out and combat the negative effects the rising inflation is having on these people.

The Institute for Fiscal Studies (FS) have just revealed figures that show there is additional bad news for pensioner’s, that the government deficit are to reduce pensioners income.

Pensioners will have their income cut this year by £240.00 this works out at about £5.00 a week and we could see pensions reduced even further in 2012 by £367.00 a year, which works out at £7.00 a week.
