Peoples Faith In The Property Market Questioned


House prices have fallen in the last few months especially in the less popular areas of the UK, and with 2011 looking vague, it has left people wondering if their property is still a long term investment.

34% of people believed that their property should still be viewed as a long term investment in the last months of 2010 this figure feel from 49% who believed in the earlier part of the year.

“The problematic conditions appear to have put many investors off property, according to the Association of British Insurers (ABI). “
