Repossession Numbers Predicted To Fall In Early 2011


Financial outsourcer HML have predicted that repossessions in the UK will drop in the first part of 2011 to 15,557 they have also predicted that in the second half of the year these figures will rise again to 17,700.

These forecasts are based on research done on 320,000 mortgage accounts.

“In total HML predicts 33,257 houses , 0.3% of all mortgaged properties will be repossessed across the UK during 2011.”
